Haven't even got my order yet no tracking, multiple follow ups. Apparently it was lost in transit so another one was sent out but still no tracking whatsoever and been waiting weeks for it. It's almost as if it was never sent out.
This is why it's important to add tracking details to orders to give your customers reassurance. I shouldn't need to follow up to see where my order is. They seem very reluctant to give me a refund also despite saying I am tired of waiting.

Absolutely stunning piece of art. Extremely well made, has taken my productivity levels beyond imagination. The design, custom options and finish make this a piece of art. Very well priced. I have a very large desk and the fact I could customise the desk shelf really made sense. The only negative point is that Oakwood doesn’t update you on your order, they only tell you when it is dispatched. Even sending them emails they send you standard that it takes up to 4-weeks. Otherwise very happy.
We love this charging pad - although I had to inquire about the order status as it took quite a long time to arrive
Days, weeks and months passed from time of order to delivery with no shipping updates, advice about system changes and delays. Unacceptable in 2024!
Also zero care given by Ven when I was reaching out for updates. Probably wouldn’t order from Oakeywood again!
I purchased the desk shelf stand with a laptop stand. The products were very well packaged and the quality of was premium. The delivery was running late and Val contacted me straight away advising me of the same. I was so happy with the products that I went back to purchase other accessories too. I'll highly recommend these Oakywood
Great quality, looks exactly a pictured. Free extra felt strips included were useful - my MacBook was loose in there until I added an extra strip. Strange it took two weeks to arrive, but glad it impressed me when it finally did arrive!

Such a compact and pretty design. Sits my phone, in its case with a pop top, and charges it whilst I sleep.

Is exactly what I had been looking for! Until now, could only find ugly, poorly made desk shelves for this purpose. Oakywood is first and only manufacturer of what you’d think would be an easy to find piece of office/home office furniture (without having to settle for the usual ‘made in China’ rubbish). Just purchased the Oakywood desk shelf. The quality is top notch. The wood is real oak wood and matched my desk perfectly. The simplicity makes it a nice touch to my minimalist desk layout. Thank you Oakywood.
This is one of those rare docks that can house multiple laptops. And it looks great too! The provided additional felt strips helped me get the width of the gaps just right for two Macbook Pros.
Love this tray. Got the medium size and my stuff fits in it just right. That it blends seamlessly with my oak desk is the cherry on top.
